Russia will shortly have its first ever HD channel targeted at female viewers.
Telesputnik reports that the service, which will be known as Women’s World, will start a trial on May 15 and make its full debut on the Platforma HD satellite platform in June.
Acquired programming will account around 60% of the channel’s output.
