Türk Telekom has posted revenues of TL2.508 billion (€1.180 billion) for Q1 2009, or 4% more than in the same period last year.
Its EBITDA amounted to TL1.087 billion (+0.6%), though its net profit of TL291 million was significantly lower (-27%). Türk Telekom had 6 million ADSL subscribers as of March 31, 2009, up from 5.8 million three months earlier.
As of the end of 2008, Türk Telekom’s share of the retail AADSL internet access market in Turkey, through its subsidiary TTNet, stood at 95%.
