Comstar-UTS has been rated Russia’s number one provider of broadband access services in terms of connected homes in a Top 100 list compiled by J’Son and Partners.
It also comes top in a Top 70 list of active connected homes in Moscow.
The ratings are for 2008, which Comstar-UTS ended with 784,000 individual subscribers in Moscow and 73,000 in the Russian regions.
The broadband subscriber based of the pay-TV service Stream TV stood at 205,000.
