Virgin Media Television has signed a four-year agreement with NetPlay TV that will see the gaming company take over the production of the Challenge Jackpot call TV channel and its associated website.
NetPlay TV is available on Virgin Media and Sky 24/7; it also has a three-hour window on Bravo 2 and Virgin 1.
At the same time NetPlay is to acquire the business assets of Two Way Gaming Ltd, the company spun off from Two Way TV, paying £2 million for the shares. Staff including Two Way Gaming MD Guy Templer will transfer to NetPlay.
Challenge Jackpot has 16,000 registered players and in March generated £14.5m of bets producing a gross margin of £500,000.
