UPC Romania and Orange are still some way off jointly launching a quadruple play service.
ZF reports that the two companies have been cooperating for some time and have already undertaken two pilot projects in which they sold quadruple play packages.
However, Richard Moat, who left his position as CEO of Orange in late March, has said that discussions between the two companies would continue despite difficulties in finding a successful commercial model for quadruple play.
His views have been echoed by Jack Mikaloff, the head of UPC Romania.
