The Hungarian DTH platform Hello HD will launch a pre-pay offer this May.
It will consist of 13 Hungarian language channels, three of which will be in HD, and cost around €50 a year to receive.
The line-up will include most major commercial and thematic channels, among them children’s, movies, series, music adult, sport and news.
Hello HD is operated by HD Platform Ltd and, along with Russia’s Platforma HD, one of two DTH services in CEE specialising in HD services.
It was the fourth DTH platform to launch in Hungary and has since been followed by a fifth – T-Home Sat, operated by the incumbent telco Magyar Telekom.
