The Business of Multiscreen Television
Poland has seen the first deployment of the DOCSIS 3.0 standard.
It was undertaken in February by the telecom solutions provider Vector and Petrus, a quadruple play company with several dozen thousand subscribers in central and northern Poland.
Gdynia-based Vector says it will deploy DOCSIS 3.0 for other telecom operators in the near future.

The report states that this translates to 20% of global TV sets by 2016, up from only 6% at end-2010.
