Verimatrix expands in Russia

IPTV WORLD FORUM 2009 – LONDON. Verimatrix has signed deals with the Russian IPTV providers Iskratelecom, Tattelcom and Bashinformsvyaz.
As a result, they have deployed its content authority system in conjunction with regional systems integrator and reseller CTI.
Iskratelecom is based in Moscow, while Tattelcom is the largest fixed-line operator in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Bashinformsvyaz is meanwhile a Russian telco and aims to have 6,000 subscribers to its IPTV service by the end of the year.
