Russia’s Comstar-UTS has made a key appointment as it continues to restructure its regional operations.
According to the company, it has chosen Ivan Gavriletsky to be the general director of Kaskad-TV, a leading operator of pay-TV services in the Saratov region.
Kaskad-TV is part of the Stream TV group of operations belonging to Comstar-UTS.
