The Business of Multiscreen Television
The leading Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat has signed a long-term deal with Eutelsat.
According to Wirtualne Media, the agreement is worth PLN124 million (€26.84 million) at current exchange rates and provides the platform with transponder capacity on Hot Bird 9.
Last week Cyfrowy Polsat reported that it ended 2008 with 2,762,993 subscribers.
