Russia’s Comstar-UTS has introduced a new user interface for its IPTV subscribers in Moscow.
It will allow them to manage the digital TV service they access quickly and efficiently, as well as give access to a range of additional interactive services.
According to Comstar-UTS, the new interface was developed by NDS and implemented by SmartLabs.
