Carlo Salvatori, CEO of the Italian insurance and banking conglomerate Unipol Gruppo Finanziario, has joined the board of SeaChange International.

Salvatori will also sit on the corporate governance and nominating committee of SeaChange’s board of directors. He has been CEO of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario since 2006 and was previously chairman of Gruppo Unicredito Italiano from May 2002 to January 2006. Prior to that served as the CEO of Banca Intesa in addition to a number of other senior posts within the banking sector.
