Less than half (42.3%) of homes in Poland now rely on analogue terrestrial TV, according to a survey produced by the market research company Indicator for the country’s Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
The survey, which was undertaken in December last year, also says that 36.9% of homes receive cable and 20.3% DTH services, though other data, recently published in Broadband TV News, points to there now being more DTH than cable homes in Poland.
Interestingly, the survey also says that 67% of homes in Poland now have a computer, and that of these almost four in five (79.6%) have access to the internet.
