DTT coverage continues to grow rapidly in the Czech Republic.
Figures produced by the Czech Telecom Office (CTU) and published by Digizone indicate that as of last month even the fourth multiplex (Multiplex 4), which is operated by the incumbent telco Telefónica O2 and is only undertaking HD test transmissions of CT1 and TV Nova, along with interactive MHP services, already reached 27.6% of the population.
Multiplex 1, on the other hand, reached 58.3% of the population, and Multiplexes 2 and 3 52.1% and 45.7% respectively.
