The Polish regional station TV Puls has scrapped plans to launch two thematic channels, one of which would have been in HD.
According to Wirtualne Media, the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has said that the application lodged by TV Puls to operate Puls News and TV Puls Rozrywka HD has been suspended.
TV Puls was until recently backed by News Corp and is currently looking for a new strategic investor.
