The Kudelski Group appointed two new members of its executive board, Alex Osadzinski and Yves Pitton.
Osadzinski joins the group executive board as executive VP. He will assume responsibility for product within digital TV, which includes product line management, marketing, architecture, product P&L and solutions-based businesses. Osadzinski is a dual US and UK citizen, with a higher education in computer science. He has a long background at multiple startup and large companies, including senior management roles at AT&T, Sun Microsystems, Grass Valley Group, Be and Vitria Technology. Since 2001, Oszadzinski has been a partner at Trinity Ventures, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm, focused on software and digital media.
Yves Pitton, a Swiss citizen, is promoted to SVP and member of the group executive board. Yves will assume the group & digital TV corporate development responsibilities, which include business development, strategic planning and the CTO Office.
