The new Polish metropolitan channel TVN Warszawa will officially make its debut today (December 1).
According to Wirtualne Media, the service is being made available on a trial basis and will initially be distributed by the DTH platforms n and Cyfra+, along with the cable operators Aster and Multimedia Polska.
UPC and the pre-pay DTH service TNK, however, will only start carrying TVN Warszawa following its official launch, which is expected to take place between December 5 and December 12.
TVN Warszawa is the first metropolitan channel to be offered by ITI Group’s TVN. Serving the Polish capital, it will be followed by similar services in other cities if successful.
