The incumbent Slovenian telco Telekom Slovenije’s operating income rose by 10% to €643.6 million in the first nine months of this year.
At the same time, its EBITDA increased by 7% to €245.1 million, and net profit amounted to €71.8 million. According to the telco, it had around 280,000 broadband connections in Slovenia at the end of September.
However, it does not provide a figure for the take up of SiOL TV, which is the longest established IPTV service in CEE.
Outside Slovenia, Telekom Slovenije had over 105,000 broadband customers, both wholesale and retail, in South Eastern Europe.
