Premiere has named Holger Ensslin as its legal and regulatory affairs chief. Dr Ensslin will take up his new position on December 1 and will also sit on the German pay-TV operator’s management board.
“Holger Ensslin is a valuable member of the senior management team at Premiere and his appointment to the management board recognises his contribution over the last five years. I would like to welcome him to the Management Board and wish him continued success,” said Premiere CEO Mark Williams.
Dr Ensslin studied law in Tübingen, Munich and Georgia. He received his doctorate in Konstanz and achieved his Master of Law in Georgia, United States. He worked as a lawyer for White & Case in Frankfurt before joining Premiere to head up the legal department in October 2003.
