New exec for Romania’s DCS

Dinu Malacopol has been appointed the deputy general manager of Romania’s Digital Cable Systems (DCS), according to Media Expres.
DCS is the third largest cable operator in Romania in terms of subscriber numbers and also operates Akta, one of the country’s five DTH platforms.
Malacopol was until most recently the general manager of UPC’s business division.
