News Corp has sold its 35% stake in the Polish regional station TV Puls for an unspecified fee.
According to the Rupert Murdoch-backed company, it has been acquired by the Franciscan Brothers and station’s president Dariusz Dabski, who previously held 60% and 5% respectively.
Following the deal, the Franciscan Brothers own 51% and Dabski 49%.
However, shortly after the sale was announced, Dabski said that TV Puls is starting the search for new backers right away, and will be bringing out an information pack for interested investors later this week.
