Two licences have been awarded for Lille, the first one to Grand’Place, a joint venture between Société de Télévision Multilocale Nord-Pas-de-Calais and la Voix du Nord, and second to Grand Lille TV, which is part of the group Mélody.
In Meaux, the local TV station will be TV 77, owned by TV Sud 77 and Emmanuel Roussel, while Dijon will have Dijon Première, a joint venture between Demain SA and a company consisting of local municipalities.
In Bayonne, it will be TVPI, owned by Pyrénéenne de Télévision, Michel Lamarque and the group Sud Ouest.
