Rubberduck inks Estonian mobile TV deal

The Norwegian company Rubberduck Media Lab is to manage a mobile TV service for Estonia’s Tele2.
According to Oslo-based Rubberduck, it will provide – amongst other things – sourcing, portal development and maintenance for the service, details of which are not yet available.
Tele 2 is the second largest mobile operator in Estonia with around 500,000 subscribers. It is known to operate a 3.5G network.
