Bertrand Le Guern is to become the new president and CEO of Canal Plus Cyfrowy, the operator of the Polish DTH platform Cyfra+.
He will also become the company’s COO, assuming both roles at the beginning of 2009.
Le Guern is currently the COO of the alternative telco Netia and has previously been COO of both Centertel and TPSA.
