The Office of Fair Trading’s investigation into the online TV portal Kangaroo has suffered a further delay.
Last August the OFT said it was extending the time limit on the gathering of information by one month because Kangaroo’s backers, BBC Worldwide, Channel 4 and ITV plc, had failed to supply the information it required in time.
The OFT says it has now received the relevant information and the period of reference will now end of February 8, 2009.
