The Lithuanian IPTV operator Alpha Komunikacijos has opted for Widevine’s Cypher solution for the delivery of premium and VOD services.
Alpha Komunikacijos is an ISP providing triple play services through its FTTB network to the four largest cities in Lithuania including the capital, Vilnius.
It serves 10,000 homes and plans to eventually increase the number to over 80,000.
