Spanish-based broadcast solutions provider Overon has chosen an MPEG-4 AVC HD encoding system from Tandberg Television for the delivery of National Geographic Channel HD to broadcasters and TV service providers across Europe.

Chellomedia adds two premium channels in Holland

Chellomedia will add the new Film1 Action premium movie channel to its offer for Dutch viewers on October 1. As reported in Broadband TV News the package of five channels will now cost €14.95 a month, an increase of two Euros.
