German cable operator KabelBW will add three more channels from MTV Networks as part of its expanded portfolio of pay-TV channels (see Broadband TV News passim). Available from August 1, they are MTV Two, MTV Music and MTV Entertainment.
MTV Entertainment offers a choice of MTV shows such as Fist of Zen, Pimp my Ride, Scarred, The Hills and Wild Boyz; MTV Two has independent music, rock and alternative music, whilst MTV Music is mainly hits. All three channels are “commercial free”.
