New director for Russian VGTRK

Dimitry Kisilyov has been appointed the deputy director of the Russian public broadcaster VGTRK, according to ITAR-TASS.
He has also become the head of its information service and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s entire news operation.
Andrei Bystritsky, the former head of VGTRK’s information service, is now the head of its international broadcasting division.
