The Polish local station TVN Warszawa is now expected to make its debut at the end of October/beginning of November this year.

Local reports indicate the service has already secured carriage on the cable networks operated by UPC and Aster, thereby giving it access to some 430,000 people in the Polish capital, which has a population of around 1.7 million.

TVN Warszawa will be a news and info based service and the first regional station operated by the national commercial broadcaster TVN.

Although on air for 24 hours daily, it will only be live during the daytime.
