The new Polish women’s channel Polsat Café will make its debut in August, according to a local report.
Replacing the proprietary Polsat health and beauty channel Zdrowie i Uroda, it will initially be distributed by the DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat and a number of cable networks.
Separately, the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) is reported to have agreed to a name change to the recently launched Polsat 24 to Polsat News.
