The Polish entertainment-based channel Superstacja has become a take-over target for the multimedia group Agora.
According to a local report, Agora, whose main interests are in publishing and include the leading daily Gazeta Wyborcza, is close to acquiring a minority stake in Superstacja, which is currently owned by its founder and president Ryszard Krajewski and Ster, a company linked with Polsat.
According to data supplied by AGB Nielsen Media Research, Superstacja had an audience share of 0.22% last month.
