Poland’s fourth DTH platform will launch in the middle of next month.
According to local press reports, the service, which will be operated by the France Telecom-backed incumbent telco TPSA in cooperation with Cyfra+, will essentially offer the same 80 channel-plus programme package as that already available to the 49,000 subscribers of TPSA’s IPTV service Videostrada.
It will include Orange Sport, a new channel set to launch on July 25.
However, it is not at this stage known whether the platform will use the Orange or TPSA brand name.
Poland is already served by the DTH platforms Cyfrowy Polsat, Cyfra+ and n and is expected
