The French cable operator Numericable has launched its nationwide triple play offer over DSL in a large number of municipalities. Using the Completel fibre access network, customers can buy packages starting at €29.90 a month.
The basic tier offers 100 Mbps internet access and unlimited phone calls to France and 45 countries, as well as the Prima TV bouquet, consisting of 120 channels.
In addition to the basic tier, customers can buy a number of extended and premium TV packages. Pricing of the Premium tier as part of the triple play offer is € 49.90 and can go up as high as €89.90 for the TV Infinity bouquet.
The monthly fee does not include the cost of the “cablebox” or “cablebox HD”, which connects the IPTV service to the television set. The regular box is available for rental at €5 a month or for sale at €99. The HD version costs €10 monthly or € 299 in retail.
