The European Commission has extended its deadline for its investigation of News Corp’s proposed acquisition of German DTH platform Premiere.
The new deadline is June 25, 2008, giving regulators an additional ten working days, as a result of so-called ‘first phase commitments’ offered to address competition concerns.
