SVT HD joins Viasat

Viasat Broadcasting is to add the HD version of public broadcaster SVT to its line-up. The channel, already available from rival Canal Digital, will be added to Viasat’s IPTV and satellite packages.
SVT HD will join a line-up that already includes Viasat Sport HD, TV1000 HD and National Geographic HD
Separately, Danish channel TV2 Sport HD is to commence high definition coverage from the SAS football league when it resumes after the winter break.
