Online web TV service Joost will run live tests with coverage of the NCAA March Madness games beginning today (Thursday, March 20) at 4.20 pm GMT. The first-round game schedule has 16 games which can be seen today.Ā
Joost cautions its viewers with the message: “Since this is a test of our live peer-to-peer streaming service, and we expect some things will go wrong, we’re doing one last run-through before NCAA March MadnessĀ® begins.” Last week an earlier test of Joost Live ran into problems with apparently few people actually able to see the live feed from a Joost studio in Leiden, The Netherlands.
