The Croatian Telecommunications Agency (HAT) is reported to have temporarily suspended MAXphone, the VoIP service offered by the incumbent telco T-HT, on the grounds that the latter is abusing its dominant market position. At issue, and one to be determined in the courts, is whether MAXphone is a VoIP or a fixed line service. T-HT offers MAXphone as part of a triple play package that includes the IPTV service MAXtv.
