The French media authority CSA has opened the tender for local broadcasters for DTT in four more cities: Caen, Poitiers, Reims/Mézieres and Perpignan. Interested parties have to submit their proposal with the authority before April 15. This is the third round of tenders for local broadcasters, and the CSA expects to announce further opportunities later this year at regular intervals.
