Multimedia buys regional telco

The Polish MSO Multimedia Polska is reported to have acquired the fixed-line telephony and Internet company Intertel from Open-Net for PLN5.5 million (€1.5 million). Abertis becomes largest Hispasat shareholder

Abertis Infraestructuras has finalised an agreement to take 28.4% of the Spanish satellite operator Hispasat in a €199 million transaction.
