The German IPTV provider Arcord has signed an agreement with A&E Networks for the distribution of the History Channel and The Biography Channel. Apart from streaming the two channels to its subscribers, the fledgling IPTV service will also carry programmes from the two channels on its on-demand section.
Both The History Channel and The Biography Channel are part of the “Full Entertainment” bouquet, which comprises 22 channels for a monthly fee of €12.95. On the VOD platform there are 25 programmes available, whicb cost €1.99 for viewing in a 24 hour window.
