Top Up TV is to add programming from National Geographic Channel and Sci-Fi to its DTT on demand service. It follows last week’s additions of The History Channel and Crime & Investigation Network to Top Up TV Anytime.
It’s the first time that content from all four channels have been made available on the DTT network, sitting alongside content from MTV, Living, UKTV Gold, Paramount Comedy and The Hallmark Channel
Top Up TV provides subscribers a selection of 150 programmes at any one time, which are refreshed over a seven-day cycle. The company says that 57% of its subscribers regularly use their personal video recorder to timeshift over 50% of their viewing.
