Poland’s One-2-One has completed the acquisition of the Czech mobile content company ATS for $4.45 million (€3.27 million) in cash. According to One-2-One, it plans to greatly expand ATS’s activities in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia and to work closely with it on convergence between mobile and the Internet. One-2-One is itself a mobile content company and has interests in several other related businesses including Comtica, which offers its multiscreen.tv platform to such participation channels as 4fun.TV in Poland and UTV in Romania. It lists MCI Management S.A. (29.69%) and Tomasz Dlugiewicz (19.57%) as its principal shareholders.
