A study by the publishing company Grupa Media Partner has found Cyfra+ to be the most recognisable and highest rated digital platform in Poland. Based on face-to-face and telephone interviews with around 600 respondents between December 2006 and May 2007, it formed part of Laur Klienta 2007, a competition organised by the Polish consumer market. Cyfra+’s success has been put down to it having both the most comprehensive offer of any digital platform and the best customer service. Besides its own call centre, it also operates over 47 outlets in Poland’s largest towns and cities, with six more to open this autumn.
