Six channels have been named in Austria’s second digital terrestrial multiplex, expected to go live in October. The multiplex will comprise culture channel 3sat, Sport Plus, German broadcasters Pro7 and Sat.1, Euronews and the Austrian commercial channel ATV. It is possible that Puls TV, the Austrian channel recently acquired by the ProSiebenSat.1 group might also be included in the future. A further candidate is the independent broadcaster Okto.
