Stockholm-based distribution company NonStop Television has added HD broadcaster Luxe TV to its channel portfolio. NonStop will distribute the channel in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and the Baltic countries of Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia.
The channel is produced by the Luxembourg-based DVL TV and features reports on the finer things in life including property & home design, sports & leisure, hotels & gastronomy, beauty & fashion, cars & yachting and jewelry and watches.
NonStop will distribute the English language version of the channel, though French and German versions are available in both SD and HD formats. It has widespread distribution on both Astra and Eutelsat satellites. In mid-January Luxe TV will add additional distribution on Eutelsat W5 bringing its high definition service to South East Asia.
In November NonStop agreed a Nordic distribution deal with Voom HD. It also produces the Showtime and Silver channels in the Nordic market.
